Developing My Approach

During a self-proclaimed "Gap Year" transition in his late twenties, he embarked on a year-long spiritual pilgrimage to India, studying meditation and yoga which transformed his perspective on life, spirituality, service, and food – gotta love an authentic Curry with Naan.

A philosopher at heart, Noah practices meditation,is always seeking to encourage and uplift those around him, and has a mostly loving relationship with fitness to keep his Dad Bod in check. Every year, he organizes a community "One Warm Coat" drive to collect warm coats for those in need during the chilly winter months.
